Today we're going to talk about the fastest way to monetize your business. I get questions related to this all the time and felt like it was something that needed to be addressed. There are three steps to this process, and I am going to assume that you have less than 10,000 visitors to your website or haven't seen any traffic yet.

At least, that is who I am gearing this session toward. I'm going to break this down into three simple parts so that you can implement this process on your own. It's much easier than you might think.

The great thing about eCommerce and starting your own blog or website is that there is a low barrier to entry. At least compared to selling physical products. Today we're solely going to cover digital products because I think there is a lot of value starting there, and it's going to cost you much less in the beginning.

Sell Digital Products To Monetize Your Brand

If you're looking to monetize quickly, you should start selling digital products. There are also other ways that you could do this, but if you're looking to create a sustainable brand, this is the easiest way to get started.

Once you've created a digital product, you can sell it forever, and it's fairly easy to create it too. It's also going to be a great asset that you can use in multiple places if you'd like. It's also getting much easier to create and grow a digital product business successfully.

In fact, there are a lot of sources out there that will allow you to create your own digital product within just a couple of hours, so there is no reason that you can't do this! There are also so many different formats you can use too so I would definitely consider creating a digital product if you have a website or blog and are looking for ways to make money.

3 Steps to Make Money From Your Digital Products

Don't overcomplicate the process. All you need are three simple steps that will allow you to make money by selling your digital products. Once you've followed these three steps, you'll be on your way to monetizing your brand, and you'll be so glad that you did!

The first step is to build an email list. It's really that easy. If you have a list to sell your digital product to, you're much more likely to succeed. Why? Because people will be able to become aware of your product and offer.

Your list doesn't have to be big to start. In fact, it can be as small as 500 people, and you'll still be able to see some sales from that list. It's all about finding the right people who are interested in your products and making sure that you nurture the relationship from the start. It's not about what you can get from them, but focusing on how you can help them and provide them with the guidance and information that they need.

The second step to make money from your digital product is to actually create your digital product. Don't get overwhelmed by this process; you'd be surprised at how easy this is. The best way to do this is to find out what your audience needs and wants.

You'll start by creating an MVP (minimal viable product). This just means that you're not putting too much work into creating a comprehensive product until you know that people want the digital product and are ready to pay you for it.

In fact, you could even pre sell this product to start. I've done this a few times in the past, and it usually works out well. This way, you're saving yourself time to ensure that people are interested in what you have to sell before you take any more time to create anything in the future.

If you already have blog content, you might be able to take some of that and create a digital product. This is another great way to save yourself some time in the process. I've made several digital products of my own using old blog content. Of course, you'll make edits and add a few things, but it's really nice that you already have the vast majority of the product ready.

The third step is to run a profit push email promotion for your digital product. You have to let your audience know when you're launching your product and send several reminders. If you don't, chances are they won't know that your product is available for sale or may forget if you don't send them several reminders. Also, make sure that you're giving them a deadline if you're offering any promotions or discounts.

While you're building your email list, you should still be building a relationship with your list at the same time. You should be sending them regular emails so when you notify them of your digital product, they know who you are, and they will be much more inclined to purchase from you. It's all about building a connection with your audience and getting them to trust you.

Focus on Your Traffic

The goal of this process is to turn it into an automation machine and spend your time focused on traffic. Create content that attracts the ideal person who could potentially buy your product. If you do this, you'll have a much easier time driving traffic to your website and getting people to buy your product.

I do this on a regular basis for my own brand. I'm here to tell you that it really works, and that's why I keep doing it time and time again. It's all about building a relationship with your audience and providing goodwill before they make a purchase. You really do have to put in the work before you see results, but if you do, it's going to be worth it in the end.

From experience, I am here to tell you that this really is the fastest way to start making money when you're starting your own blog or website. Just take it one step at a time and think of it as building blocks. Start with your website as your foundation and build from there.

I hope that you've found this conversation helpful, and I want you to realize that you don't have to over- compliant the process. You have to put in a lot of work, but you can monetize your brand fairly quickly. It's all about planning ahead and starting to think about your digital product early on in the process.

The first couple of months after starting your website, you'll be focused on building your website, creating content, and then getting your digital product put together. On average, it should take you around 60-90 days to start making money if you start selling your digital product fairly quickly. You have to build your list first, let people know about your digital product, and then post it for sale. Remember, don't overcomplicate the process!
