Welcome to another weekly edition of our Monday mindset. It's a new thing that I'm trying, and I hope you find it helpful. It's all about helping you get your mind in the game, so you're ready to start your week off right and see the success that you've worked so hard for! I really am so glad to have you here and appreciate you taking time out of your day to us. It's going to be another great episode, so let's get right to it.
Today we're going to talk all about being patient, particularly how you can apply to be patient to your business. From personal experience, I understand that it's never easy, especially when you're working so hard to see success. When you have a business, it can be hard not to want everything to fall into place quickly, so you can quickly grow your brand and make the amount of money that you want. However, it doesn't work that way, and you really do have to be prepared to wait to see the results that you want.
Patience is key to your success and is a very valuable skill that every entrepreneur and business owner needs to learn and develop. It will take time to master this skill just like with anything else but trust me. It'll be worth the wait. It's also important to acknowledge that it's not always going to be easy, and it's going to be hard to wait, especially when things get tough, but I urge you to keep pushing forward no matter how hard things might get at times.
Another trick is to always remember your way. When you get impatient or don't feel like it's worth the wait, remember why you're doing what you're going so you can keep pushing forward. If you can get yourself to be more patient, you're going to significantly increase your chances of getting the hard-earned results that you're working towards. Keep in mind that you also have to continue to take action in order for this process to work.
The Power Of Perseverance
This past weekend my family went to watch my daughter play in another beach volleyball tournament. We love going to spend time as a family to support her in doing something that she loves. This past weekend she ended up partnering up with a fifteen-year-old, she is only thirteen.
She has played volleyball for years but just started playing beach volleyball six months ago. It's an entirely different game than normal volleyball and requires an entirely new skill set. So really, she is starting over from scratch in a sense. As she's been playing in several tournaments the past few months, she has lost several times. But that doesn't mean that she has failed. In fact, she has learned more over the past six months than the entire time she was playing volleyball before.
Although the learning curve is very steep, she has never given up and is always ready for the challenge. As she has continued to learn, practice, and play in these tournaments, she is getting better. In fact, this past weekend, she got 3rd place in the whole tournament and is going to continue to practice and play. I love that she never gives up, even when things seem difficult or challenging.
I wanted to share this story with you because I think you can use it in your own life. It can be so difficult when you're not “winning” or seeing the results that you want in your business. If you're working hard every day, it can get very discouraging if things are working out the way you want them to. One thing that has always helped me is to create smaller goals or goals that have to do with the day-to-day progress that you need to make. If you take baby steps and take things one day at a time, you have a better chance of seeing the progress that you want. You also have to be able to measure your progress.
If you're better at doing something this time around than the last time, you're making progress, and that's a good sign! Even when you've gotten to the top of your mountain, there will always be another mountain to climb. There will always be something else that you need to work on or something new to learn. So, it's all about being willing to be patient, learn and continue to take action even when things seem impossible.
Progress Is Success
I don't want you to be discouraged. If you're not where you want to be or aren't seeing any progress, it's going. You have plenty of time to learn and grow. Use this time as a learning moment, and make sure you shift your focus on making progress in your life and your business.
Ask yourself what you're going to do this week to improve. This is why it's so important to have a plan of action so you know what you need to do to make progress. You can't always be focused solely on “winning.” Instead, you have to shift your mindset to be willing to learn and evolve over time. You really do have to plan out how you're going to make progress, and this has really helped me over the years.
Learn From Your Mistakes
After you finish this episode, I want you to spend a few minutes and do a quick exercise. I want you to spend some time looking at your current goal or target. Where do you want to be, and how are you planning to get there? Think about all the progress that you've made so far or the progress that you want to achieve in the near future. What small milestones do you need to implement in order to get there? It's not going to be easy, but it will make things go much more smoothly when you have a plan in place.

This helps them to be able to identify and see the progress that they've made and continue to grow their brand in the process. It's such a powerful tool, and it's important that you also use small milestones to help yourself grow and improve. This is why planning is so important.
This part of the process will also help to keep you motivated and help you to keep moving forward. It's all about continuing to take action and to not give up, even when things get hard. Even if something doesn't work or go as you planned, you need to think about what you've learned from your mistakes. It's all about acknowledging the progress that you've made and learning as you go. Once you've made a mistake once, chances are you'll never make that same mistake again and will only improve from there. I know that things can get tough at times, but failure only occurs when you give up and don't try again.
You have to look at the progress that you've made as a good metric for success. Look at where you're going, break it down and focus on the progress that you've made. It's not about getting to the finish line; it's about the journey that you take to get there. Also, take some time to look back and see what you've achieved in the past few months. This will help uplift and inspire you to keep moving forward when things get hard.
Another thing you can do to help is to keep showing up in our community. We're always here to help and inspire you! You also need to get rid of the doubters in your life. This could be specific people, social media, or other things that are bringing you down on your road to success. It's important that you surround yourself with positivity and inspiration that will help you make the progress that you've worked so hard for.
