1012: Should I Create a FREE or PAID Lead Magnet When Starting? Jam Session

Today's Jam Session Question:

I know that you talk about building your email list, but what is best when creating a lead magnet? Should it be paid, or should it be free?

What I mean by that is, should you give away something for free? Should you charge something for it? Even if it's a dollar, which I've done both.

I've got some stats that I can share with you on that. 

I'm going to give you the pros and cons. Discuss what would be best for you and your situation or circumstances right now, depending on where you are. 

I think a lot of people get hung up on; What are the advantages. What are the disadvantages? That's what we're going to be discussing here.
