Today I will discuss the three steps for creating your Q4 email calendar to explode sales.

I want to reflect on when Lisa and I ran a photography business. We would start promoting Christmas pictures in July. 

So in July, we would start booking appointments. We knew that not everyone was coming in July, and we wanted to show that our calendar was filling up.

After a year or two, people started to see that we were filling up early. 

We started to remind them through email by creating a Q4 email calendar to help promote sales.

Here, I want to give you guys three action steps to make this happen.
