So, the topic of this episode is Should I turn a niche property into a brand? 

Now some of you might be asking yourself whether a niche property is a brand. Why isn't a niche property considered a brand? What's the difference. 

A conversation came up recently where I was talking to a future guest on the podcast. 

We were doing a pre-interview to get to know each other better. I wanted to know what he did. 

He focuses on people who are getting traffic and aren't underutilizing the traffic and let's put it that way.

He helps them build out sites that have more revenue streams. So we went through the niche properties that I'm currently building, and we started to drill into one of those. 

I am interested in potentially turning that into more of a brand. I recently taught a web class where I showed my last e-commerce brand map of everything that we were doing.
